盐水前处理工序 Salt water pre-treatment process

除硝系统通常处理从氯碱离子膜电解槽来的脱氯淡盐水,在这个位置Na2SO4浓度最高而NaCl浓度最低。为了保持盐水中Na2SO4的平衡,正常仅需要处理一部分脱氯淡盐水,剩余的脱氯淡盐水回到一次盐水系统中。

为了使MRO系统长时间的稳定运行,盐水质量必须维持在规格要求内因为游离氯会损坏膜材料,同样超出pH值和温度的正确范围也会影响系统的正常运行。

为了确保盐水总是在规定的规格内,盐水前处理系统对于MRO系统来说是必须的盐水前处理系统的第一步就是用换热器把盐水冷却到35~45℃,接下来就是利用活性炭过滤器脱除残余游离氯,调整pH值到期望的5.5~6.5量程,另外进入膜过滤工序前的保安过滤器可防止大的颗粒进入膜,经过处理合格的盐水可以直接进入到膜过滤系统的高压泵。

 can damage the membrane material, and exceeding the correct range of pH and temperature can also affect the normal operation of the system.


    In order to ensure that the brine is always within the specified specifications, a brine pre-treatment system is necessary for the MRO system. The first step of the brine 

pre-treatment system is to cool the brine to 35-45 ℃ using a heat exchanger. The next step is to use an activated carbon filter to remove residual free chlorine and adjust 

the pH value to the desired range of 5.5-6.5. In addition, a security filter before entering the membrane filtration process can prevent large particles from entering the 

membrane, Qualified saltwater after treatment can directly enter the high-pressure pump of the membrane filtration system.
